1. Digital Marketing Services

  • Consultation Fees: Any fees paid for initial consultations or strategy sessions are non-refundable.
  • Performance-Based Refunds: We focus on long-term results with our digital marketing strategies. Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been provided or for work that has been started. However, if the agreed-upon goals (e.g., traffic, leads, conversions) are not achieved after a reasonable period (e.g., 3 months), a partial refund or discount may be considered, depending on the nature of the service provided.
  • Non-Refundable After Work Begins: Once the campaign has started or work has been initiated, no refunds will be issued.

2. Copywriting Services

Non-Refundable After Completion: Once the copy has been delivered and accepted, no refunds will be provided. If there are any issues with the final content, we are happy to make changes within the scope of the project.


3. Graphic Design Services 

  • Non-Refundable After Approval: Once a design is finalized and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. If a client abandons the project midway, the deposit will be retained as compensation for the work completed.
  • Error on Our Part: If a design has significant issues due to an error on our part, we will correct it at no additional cost, but no refunds will be issued.

4. General Terms

  • No Refund After Delivery: Once the project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued for any services rendered.
  • Communication & Revisions: We strive to ensure you are happy with the outcome, and we encourage regular communication during the project. If you have concerns or dissatisfaction, please let us know within 10 business days of delivery, and we will address them.
  • Exceptions: If there is an error in the services provided by us, we will correct it at no additional charge but no monetary refunds will be issued.
